Shipping method and delivery times
- UPS Ground shipping or Flat Rate shipping available on all orders in the U.S. Transit time will vary based on your location and takes between 2 and 5 business days. Both options are Ground delivery but sometimes the Simple Rate is less expensive – especially if you are on the West Coast. Be sure to select the one you want to use.
- We only ship to the continental U.S. We do not ship internationally via the website. Please call the office to order if you live outside the continental U.S.
- We do not ship on public holidays.
- Delivery days for UPS shipments are Monday-Friday.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Know where your items are at all times!
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships. You can check the status of your order by using the UPS tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You will receive a delivery notification or if there are any shipping issues.
